The durability of a prefabricated wooden house depends on location, weather, termite attacks etc. but the selection of wood greatly determines the durability of the wooden house.

Recommended treatment using wood oil as wood finishing or coating. In this case, we recommend you to use “Tung Oil” as wood finishing to get satisfying results. Wood oil applications are carried out at the construction site.
