Booking fee USD 1000 before signing contract.

Down Payment will acceptable Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) of 50% deposited

1st Installment : 10%, against a pre-assembly progress of 45%

2nd Installment : 20%, against a pre-assembly progress of 70%

3nd Installment : 10%, against a pre-assembly progress of 90%

4th Installment : 10%, completion and prior to shipment.

Note:

Booking fee payment will be deducted from 4th Installment

Fluctuation of Timber price without prior notice will be unpredictable market price because of increase macro economic, changes regulation by government during completion of project, force majeure etc. Down payment will be used to buy raw material in advance for project consumption and dry kiln. Booking fee to be paid for technical drawing in CAD 3d as well as preparing timber compsumtion report to know utilization of timber exactly. Will receive Down payment within 2 weeks after booking fee done to ensure us order timber in certain quantity in advance. Payments for installments need to be received not later than 7 days after client has received the Pro Forma invoice. Pro forma invoice will sent by e-mail.
